The Lake so far

Kayaking...

(the kids are loving our new "family present" for the summer...)

Swimming...

(Nat and the kids are off to Cayuga Beach for lessons right now....)

Family Time

(The weekend of the Fourth made for a very full point, with a wonderful Sunday Dinner.  A rainy day yesterday made for a very full little cottage, with the Morehouse contingent and a few friends coming and going for crafts and play...)

Bike Riding...

(The boy has been a bit to busy to use his bike very much-- but this girl was happy to receive a loaner bike from our neighbor Barb, and has taken to riding right away.  She has expressed that she "wishes for" a "fancy bike" of her own, with four wheels and pedals, someday...)

The Playground...

(They go off by themselves now, these big kids of ours, disappearing in a cluster of cousins. We're living the dream...  Of course I can't resist the siren song of watching them play, invariably getting myself roped into pushing someone on a swing.  There are worse things...)

Sitting around near the water...

(Everyone's favorite activity!)

Jack is learning to whittle.

The views...

I am not sure you can tell in the picture, but these are our neighbors, playing croquet, next to the lake, at sunset.  Classic Farley's for you...

That's Randy out on the sailboard.

Sunset from the end of the point
